Tilburg Municipality, Netherlands

In Tilburg, a newly purchased container terminal faced a safety risk with a DN400 cast iron gas pipe running beneath heavy, stacked containers. The gas company decided to divert the pipeline around the lot and shut off the existing one. It was decided to use the MULTI/JOINT® 3000 Plus DN400 fittings with NBR seals, suitable for gas pipes up to 5 bar, using a flange adaptor and an FF-reduction DN400 x DN300.

Agristo's new plant in Wielsbeke, Belgium, requires a steady gas supply for potato product production.
