All SYGEF ECTFE components offer extraordinarily good corrosion and permeation resistance while guaranteeing absolute reliability. Even with highly concentrated media under high process pressures and temperatures, the system boasts the highest chemical resistance with maximized system service life. This helps to minimize costs for service and interruptions. The high-performance raw material allows for use in the temperature range between -75 °C and 130°C.

Due to its excellent mechanical properties, ECFTE allows a 200% higher pressure range than PFA. This provides users with more efficient processes and higher safety standards.

20% more efficient pipe volume

Thanks to its high mechanical stability, the wall thickness of the ECTFE has optimal SDR and is 20% more efficient compared to PFA. Thereby the system enables higher flow rates with equal or less space requirements.
