Marine Grade™ CPVC piping systems are particularly suitable for white, grey and black water systems as well as vent applications in marine settings. Marine Grade™ complies with FTP regulations on smoke, toxicity and surface flammability regulations.

Corrosion-resistant

The CPVC material is corrosion-resistant over the entire service life of the Marine Grade™ piping system, even in harsh maritime environments.

Low weight

The plastic pipes used for Marine Grade™ CPVC are about five times lighter than those made of metal. This increases the payload possibilities for ships and saves energy during operation.

Easy to assemble

Marine Grade™ CPVC is joined with a two-step welding process using a special solvent cement and primer, with low VOC and improved chemical resistance for chlorinated water applications.

Temperature-resistant

All elements of Marine Grade™ CPVC piping system are temperature-resistant to 99°C (210°F) and suitable for both cold and hot water applications.
